WAV stands for Wheelchair accessible vehicle. They are adapted vehicles that allow a wheelchair user to travel in the vehicle whilst remaining seated in their wheelchair.

As a passenger, you will normally have access from, and be seated in, the rear of the vehicle.

You are more than welcome to visit our offices and a dedicated member of the team will be happy to provide a demonstration. If you use our home delivery service we will give a thorough demonstration on delivery.

Nothing! Disabled cars, disabled vans, wheelchair cars, wheelchair MPVs and so on are all names used for wheelchair accessible vehicles. Vans and MPVs are slightly larger vehicles.
